Welcome to the launch of SMARTDOG, the virtual means to a better experience for owners and their dogs. Our technology and trusted agent solutions provide easy access to information, services, products, unique “feel good” features and much more. The ability to have a virtual, vibrant and caring dog community available to anyone-anywhere-anytime is now possible with a subscription to SMARTDOG.
The launch of SMARTDOG requires a test period to provide evaluation of the technology platform and the complexity to onboard subscribers. The PILOT is presented with very limited features and options with attention to the initial activation process and client portal function. The small group of subscribers needed for the PILOT evaluation is first offered to the “friends and family” of our team. The second offering will be posted on social media with the intent to find additional subscribers. The feedback and interaction of "known" dog owners is the most meaningful and key to the successful evaluation process. We plan to run exclusively with this group to evaluate the solution until the main launch of the SMART CORE/MARKETPLACE platform.

PILOT subscribers pay a nominal fee per month and continue at that rate for 5 years.When the PILOT ends, we will load PILOT subscriber’s data/docs into the SMART CORE.
The PILOT subscribers will receive free apparel and recognized originator, (at main launch) They will be the first to receive username@sis-smartdog.com email address. PILOT subscribers will be re-activated to the STANDARD PLAN at the nominal fee vs. standard and remain at that rate for years. PILOT subscribers will be first to know of new features and encouraged to provide feedback.

The secure and confidential platform permits owners to set reminders and notifications of your dog to streamline your life. The Links provided from the activation form features easy access to social media, reorder products and favorite providers. You can message our SMART TEAM with comments or assistance-resolution of problems you may encounter. Easily access our SMARTDOG MEMORIAL, to post a tribute in memory to your past dog(s). The SMART LIBRARY provides access to credible articles and content on thousands of topics. We provide a selection of templates, sample contracts, legal forms and many other typical format pieces that are easy to download or print.

The initial process to actvate the PILOT requires subscribers to complete a couple steps:
- Access the personal information "click" Profile sections on your portal and complete as appropriate.
- To enroll a credit card, "click" Payment, on your portal and enter a Credit Card for the subscription fee.

- As time permits. upload relavant dog documents, files, certifications, receipts, pictures etc., "click" dog data on your portal.
- Personalize your experience and organize the portal to your liking, as you explore the other available features.
ACTIVATION INFORMATION
- One differentiator of SMARTDOG is having access to relevant subscriber information to answer questions and personalize interractions with owners.
- Subscribers are asked to complete many of the questions/fields before giving full access to their portal.
- Subscriber information is confidential, never sold, given, posted or divulged - period!
- Technology design is always present with instant access to inherant client information producing results of a trusted assistant.
